Memories

I have to say that there are SO many great stories about Cody. I was fortunate enough to share a lot of memories with him and the family. My family and I spent so much time at Cody's, then once I became old enough I was lucky to have Aunt Denise and Uncle Ralph ask me to baby sit for Cody and Jessica.

I spent so many weekends over there. We would have movie theaters (even though Cody would always have to get the tv and vcr set because I could never get it right). I remember playing house, making forts, you name it we did it, we spent time playing board games and cards and anything to have fun.

There is one thing I remember most about the fun times we shared, Screaming MeMe's! Cody had an old mattress that we would take to the basement stairs, we would start at the top of the stairs and then sit on the mattress and someone would give it a push we go flying down the stairs on this mattress and we named it the Screamin MEME's! Jessica really liked that as well.

Over the summer I think I got to do something that meant so much to me, I got to cut Cody's hair, I don't think I stopped smiling for weeks just knowing how lucky I was to have gotten the chance to help out.

I know that I could go on with all the memories in which that I will carry with me. I know once I got a little older I didn't spend as much time with everyone, and If I could go back to all those get togethers I didn't make it to. I would be the First one there and the Last one to leave.

Cody holds a very special place in my Heart always and forever will be with me. If I could have one wish, that wish wouldn't involve money, or fame, it would simply be to see his beautiful little face smiling away as he'd be telling a great story about hunting or fishing or which ever that great story may be.

There isn't a single minute in my days when I am not thinking about ya!
